Our Mission
Our mission is to transform one billion people through chocolate.
We’re passionate about using chocolate and art to transcend boundaries, deepen human connections and advance sustainability initiatives.

How We Make an Impact
Partner
We work with various groups along the cacao value chain to further sustainable cacao initiatives. Notably, Chef Paul is on the Board of the Heirloom Cacao Preservation Fund (HCP) nonprofit, whose mission is to identify Heirloom cacao to preserve biological diversity and empower farming communities.
Donate
We donate a portion of all our revenue to the HCP nonprofit. Chef Paul also donates his time to local and global charities such as Icing Smiles, which is a global volunteer organization that creates cakes for critically ill children.
Source
All cacao used in our tasting experiences is sustainably-sourced from Felchlin or HCP farms, who all focus on fair wages and benefits for local farmers, uncompromising quality, and strong sustainability practices. In addition, almost all materials used in our events are biodegradable or recyclable.
Spread the word!
Eating sustainably-sourced cacao improves farmers’ livelihoods and helps preserve the beauty of our world (learn more below). We’re on a mission to ensure every person we interact with knows this. Help us spread the word!

Our work isn’t just about chocolate.
It’s about making a real-world impact.
